Refund Policy
Our garments are all on a made to order basis specially handcrafted for you. We assume that you agree to our terms and conditions when placing an order. Once an order is placed, we do not offer any exchange or returns. However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you. 

 

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order. Please call us 9512303000  or write to us at hk@harshakhatry.com to request a cancellation. You will not be able to cancel the order by yourself on the website.
We appreciate if you inform us as soon as possible in case you do not want an order, so that we do not dispatch the order and save on the courier cost and the effort.
Cancellations of Cash on Delivery orders has to be done strictly within 24 hours of an order being placed. Please reach out to us with your order number.

 

In prepaid orders, a credit note will be provided. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by HK and accept HK’s decision regarding the cancellation.
The credit note will be emailed to you, which you can use in next 90 days on the Harsha Khatry website. Please make sure that you use the credit in one go.
